My New Years Resolution in Green

Failure is NOT an option this year as I tackle my New Year’s resolution, “I’m going to be more ‘

green’!” It started in my home with my replacing many of the incadescent light bulbs with new energy saving compact fluorescent light bulbs. Our usage (i.e. paper towels, water bottles, and more) immediately came under great scrutiny. Soon thereafter – I took the lead of our local Mayor and expanded my inititative into our new commercial building. Before long I was reviewing everything I did – even to my morning double-expresso at my local Starbucks. Very, very enlightening! Shame on me – I should have been doing a better, more responsible job.

In continuing commitment to this “green” initiative, we have established this section of our company’s web site to that very purpose. We will provide links to governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, and even to the “For-profit” groups that help drive our actions for a cleaner, safer planet.
